I ordered this filter for my new pond and it was sitting around while I was completing my pond build. A couple of weeks later, I gotten around to open it and set it up. It's clear the item had already been sold and returned. All the bio-balls were opened and dumped inside the filter canister. Luckily, all the parts were present and I was able to connect it. Not happy that I was sent a returned item for the cost of a brand new un-opened box.
