Srixon are my favorite brand of golf balls. I like both the Z Star and the Q Star series of balls. This one is geared towards lower handipcap golfers. The Z Star series for does a great job of checking up on the greens. This is especially helpful out here in the desert of Las Vegas. At the $29.99 price these golf balls simply cannot be beat. I've also used the Srixon Q Star series and Bridgestone e6 series of balls. Those are good too but the benefit of Z Star is that it will stop on the green noticeably quicker than those two balls. The important thing is finding the right ball for you...the one that matches your skill level and swing speed. But if your a decent golfer, the Srixon Z Star is definitely one you should try out and consider playing. it's generally intended for low handicap golfers but I think these would also be great for a mid handicap golfer who compresses the ball well. If you compress the ball well, these things will drop and stop on the greens.
